February 11, 2021 Board meeting: Presentation of rule package for adoption of temporary fee rules.

Overview

On February 11, 2021, the Board will consider adoption, as temporary fee rules, the IDAPA 58 fee rule chapters presented in Omnibus Fee Rule Docket No. 58-0000-2000F and adopted by the Board in 2020. The pending fee rules adopted under Docket No. 58-0000-2000F were submitted to the First Regular Session of the 66th Idaho Legislature for review and were posted in the 2021 Legislative Rules Review Books for the Senate Resources & Environment Committee and the House Environment, Energy & Technology Committee. The IDAPA 58 fee rule chapters are listed below.

Adoption of the temporary fee rules is conditional and will only become effective if the rules are not otherwise approved or rejected by the Idaho Legislature and/or not extended pursuant to the Idaho Administrative Procedure Act.
