The Idaho Administrative Procedure Act (Idaho Code §67-5201 et seq.),   “Contested Case Rules and Rules for Protection and Disclosure of Records” (IDAPA 58.01.23), and “Rules Regulating the IPDES Program” (IDAPA 58.01.25.204) govern the process for filing a petition for review of a final agency action, and the process to be followed thereafter, including the resulting precedential order.
