DEQ seeks comment on draft Reuse Permit Writer’s Manual 

Accepting comments from March 27, 2024, through June 1, 2024. 

The Idaho Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) is seeking comment on the draft Reuse Permit Writer’s Manual. 

This manual examines technical considerations for developing DEQ’s reuse permits and is designed to acquaint new permit writers with the reuse program and the process of permit writing. The document can also be used by experienced permit writers, or anyone interested in the legal and technical aspects of developing reuse permits. 

The document is available for public review at DEQ’s State Office (1410 N. Hilton Street, Boise, Idaho) and on DEQ’s Public Comment Opportunities page. Written comments will be accepted through June 1, 2024, at 5 p.m. MDT. Submit comments using the form below or by mail or email:
