The customer handbook is intended to assist applicants and project owners with the DEQ State Revolving Fund (SRF) application process and execution of projects.

Customer Handbook 

DEQ uses an online management system known as AmpliFund to administer all grants and subgrants for fiscal year 2024 and beyond.

Use the resources below to create an account, submit and monitor applications, and more. For assistance, contact the AmpliFund Support (zendesk.com). 

The Fiscal Year 2026 Letters of Interest (LOIs) are available and must be submitted by January 10, 2025.

A virtual training about LOI updates will be held on November 4, 2024, from 2:00 – 3:00 p.m. (MST). Register here.
