This form is intended for use by Idaho public water systems seeking technical assistance (TA). If your system requires support or you need to consult with DEQ staff, please complete and submit this form to initiate an inquiry regarding your technical issue. TA is direct support delivered remotely or on-site by DEQ staff or partner organizations such as the Rural Community Assistance Corporation (RCAC) and the Idaho Rural Water Association (IRWA) via their circuit rider programs. TA includes services such as operational troubleshooting, regulatory clarification, infrastructure planning, financial and managerial capacity-building, funding application assistance, and training. It also covers specific support areas like leak detection, pump operations, sampling procedures, financial planning, and sanitary survey preparation. The form may also be used to request information or assistance related to enhancing your system’s technical, managerial, or financial capacity.
