Overview
This rulemaking updates IDAPA 58.01.13, Rules for Ore Processing by Cyanidation (DEQ rules), for consistency with Idaho Code § 39-118A recently revised under Senate Bill 1170 (S1170), which directs DEQ to commence an administrative review of IDAPA 58.01.13 and bring the rules into compliance with revised Idaho Code § 39-118A by July 1, 2025. S1170 was passed by the 2025 Idaho State Legislature and effective on March 31, 2025.
