Overview
The purpose of this rulemaking is to ensure that the state rules remain consistent with federal regulations. Federal drinking water regulations for the Consumer Confidence Report rule revisions and the Lead and Copper Rule Improvements rule are being incorporated by reference into state rule. This proposed rule updates federal regulations incorporated by reference with the July 1, 2025 CFR effective date.
