Report an Environmental Concern

Note: If this is an emergency or to report an urgent environmental concern, call 911.

Please share your opinion about an environmental concern or tell us about a possible environmental violation. Reports from Idahoans are an important element of enforcing Idaho’s environmental laws.

  • Outdoor burning on state-designated non-burn days or burning illegal materials (e.g., rubber, plastic, tires, asbestos, or food waste)
