The Idaho Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) seeks public comment on a proposed settlement action with Apex Land Group, LLC, located in Fruitland, ID 83619, for alleged violations of the Clean Water Act and the “Idaho Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Rules” (IDAPA 58.01.25).

Apex Land Group, LLC obtained coverage under Idaho Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (IPDES) 2022 Construction General Permit IDR10C0TT (Permit) as an operator at Aspen Meadows in Fruitland, Idaho. Apex Land Group, LLC has resolved the alleged violations, made payment in full for the civil penalty of $6,100, and signed the settlement action materials.

The proposed settlement action is available for public review on DEQ’s Public Comment Opportunities page and at the DEQ State Office, 1410 North Hilton Street, Boise, Idaho 83706. Written comments will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. MT on August 16, 2026.
