This public comment meeting concerns the US Ecology Idaho, Inc. (USEI) Class 2 Permit Modification made in accordance with the requirements of IDAPA 58.01.05.012 [40 CFR Part 270.42]. The modification is to the Site A Post-Closure Permit and proposes to update the facility well monitoring program to remove four wells and two piezometers.
