Negotiated Rulemaking Meeting 2: Groundwater docket 58-0111-2601

The goal of the rulemaking is to update Idaho’s Groundwater Quality Rule to align with the federal national primary drinking water standards.  Additionally, the rulemaking will consider establishing new groundwater standards, and whether existing implementation provisions, including aquifer categorization procedures, should be clarified.
