Submit an ADA Complaint

If you believe you have been the object of unequal treatment or discrimination or been excluded from participation in or denied benefits of the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality’s (DEQ) programs, activities or services on the grounds of race, color, or national origin, you may file a complaint with the DEQ’s nondiscrimination coordinator within 180 days from the date of the alleged discrimination.
