Southwest Basin Advisory Group (BAG)

The Southwest BAG consists of 10 members appointed by the director to represent stakeholder groups from the 10 southwestern counties of Idaho. The BAG meets quarterly to advise DEQ on surface water issues throughout the region.

 

Southwest BAG seeks new members

The BAG is seeking representation for several interest groups:

  • Non-municipal permittee
  • Livestock
  • Agriculture
  • Recreation (alternate representative)

Applicants will be accepted through Monday July 31, 2017. Persons interested in serving on the BAG are encouraged to provide name, mailing address, phone number, email address and a brief description of involvement in water quality issues to:
