Current Permits Issued by DEQ

DEQ issues permits to regulate emissions of air pollutants, reuse of reycled water, and treatment, storage and disposal of hazardous wastes. The purpose of environmental permits is to protect public health and the environment. Permits establish the conditions under which facilities that generate pollution may operate. Permits represent a contract between the businesses and the government that the facilities will comply with applicable state and federal pollution control laws.

Instructions: Permits currently in effect may be accessed in the table below. Select the number of records you would like to view at one time (ranging from 10 to All), the permit type (such as Air - PTC or Wastewater Reuse or All), and the sort order (alphabetical or by date). Then click on the Filter Results button.

(To locate a permit for a specific facility, enter the facility name in the Search the site box on the top right corner of this page and click the GO button. On the Search Results page, select Permits from the criteria on the right side of that page to limit the search to permits only.)
