Accepting Comments from October 12, 2017 to November 2, 2017

This action would authorize the Idaho Transportation Department to replace a U.S. Highway 12 bridge over Fish Creek to support the roadway and bridge rail above the stream channel. All instream work including pier removal and protective riprap placement will be conducted during the low flow season between July 15 and August 15.

Based on its review of the joint application for permit, DEQ certifies that if the permittee complies with the terms and conditions imposed by the permit along with the conditions set forth in this water quality certification, then there is reasonable assurance the activity will comply with the applicable requirements of the Clean Water Act, the Idaho water quality standards, and other appropriate water quality requirements of state law.
