DEQ awards wastewater planning grant to the city of Harrison, Kootenai County

BOISE — The Idaho Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) today announced the award of a wastewater planning grant for $15,500 to the city of Harrison, in Kootenai County.
The funds will be used to prepare a wastewater planning document along with an environmental review. The purpose of the project is to evaluate the current wastewater system and develop alternatives for any needed improvements.
The total eligible cost of the project is $69,375. The remaining $53,875 will be funded by the city of Harrison.
