DEQ seeks comment on draft water reuse permit modification for Kidd Island Bay Lots Sewer District

COEUR D'ALENE — The Idaho Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) is seeking public comment on a draft water reuse permit modification for Kidd Island Bay Lots Sewer District in Kootenai County.

The permit modification would include monitoring and permit limits necessary to irrigate an additional 15.7 acres of natural forested land and minor changes for clarity.

Written comments on the draft permit modification will be accepted through August 10, 2018, at 5 p.m. PDT.

The draft permit modification and staff analysis are available for public review at DEQ's Coeur d'Alene Regional Office and on DEQ's website (download at right).
