Rule Steel, Caldwell, applies to DEQ for air quality permit to construct

CALDWELL — The Idaho Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) has received a request for an air quality permit to construct (PTC) from Rule Steel, Caldwell.

The proposed permit will regulate emissions at the company's steel component and structural steel manufacturing facility located at 11299 Bass Lane.

A public comment period will be provided on the proposed permit if a written request is submitted to DEQ by November 21, 2017, at 5 p.m. MST.

The permit application is available for review on DEQ’s website (download at right).
