Lead by Example |
Stinker uses biodiesel in its own vehicle and truck fleet, labeling vehicles as users of biodiesel. |
Community Involvement |
| Stinker is a founding member of the Treasure Valley Clean Cities Coalition. Clean Cities is a U.S. Department of Energy program designed to advance the nation’s economic, environmental, and energy security by supporting local decisions to adopt practices that contribute to the reduction of petroleum consumption. Stinker was a sponsor of the Biodiesel Mural Project. Under this project, schools partnered with local businesses and organizations to design murals about the production, use, and benefits of biodiesel. The project raised $6,000 for art programs in Boise schools. |
