The Rules for the Control of Air Pollution in Idaho (IDAPA 58.01.01.220 through 223) allow owners or operators to exempt certain sources from the requirement to obtain a permit to construct. The resources below are provided to help facilities prepare and maintain their own exemption documentation in support of a self-exemption.
Note: Self-exemption does not release the emissions unit from compliance with all other applicable federal (for example, NSPS, Tier I operating permit), state, or local laws, regulations, permits, or ordinances. |
