Request for Proposals (RFP) - RFP 0904 2010 Field Program The Idaho Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) is seeking qualified contractors to provide services associated with Coeur d’Alene Basin property remediation to reduce exposure to lead and other constituents of concern. The contractor will be required to provide labor, materials, equipment, and temporary facilities necessary to excavate and transport contaminated materials from the project site to a DEQ-designated repository, perform general grading, backfill with clean gravel and growth media obtained from an off-site source, and vegetate the areas backfilled with growth media.
