From I-84, turn south on Highway 93, which turns into Blue Lakes Blvd. after crossing the Snake River Bridge. Go to the third red light on Blue Lakes Blvd. which should be North College street and turn right. On North College Street, go approximately 1/4 mile west and turn right on Fillmore Street. Turn left into the first drive entrance into the North College Office Park, and the TFRO DEQ Office will be the first building to your left in the parking lot.
