From Hwy. 12 or 95 (Moscow or Grangeville):

Cross Memorial Bridge. Stay to the right and follow the clover-leaf onto Main Street. Turn left on 12th Street, which is just past the Courthouse. Stay on 12th Street for one block. DEQ is in the three-story State Office building adjacent to City Hall. DEQ is on the 1st floor East. Parking is available behind the building.

From the Airport:

As you leave the airport terminal, exit to the right. After half a block, turn left on 4th Street D (directly across from the Fed Ex building). After two blocks, turn left on Bryden Canyon Road and continue down the hill, keeping to your right so you can take the 8th Street exit. Continue down 8th Street (through 3 traffic signals at 16th, 11th, and 7th avenues). At the bottom of the curve, turn right onto Idaho Street. Drive two blocks and you will see the parking lot to your left in the rear of the State Office Building. DEQ is on the 1st floor East.
