From the Spokane Airport:

Travel I-90 east to Coeur d'Alene (approximately 40 miles). Get off at the NW Boulevard exit. Turn right (south) onto NW Boulevard. Get into the left lane immediately so you can turn left (east) at the light on Ironwood Drive. You will then pass two driveways on the right before coming to Ironwood Parkway (between the 1120 building and the Vito’s Italiano Restaurant ; it looks more like a driveway also than a road). Turn right (south) onto Ironwood Parkway. DEQ is the 2110 building directly behind Vito’s Italiano Restaurant on the left hand side of this road. DEQ occupies the lower level of this building.

From Hwy 95 N:

As you go north on Hwy 95 into Coeur d'Alene, coming off the Mica grade, you'll be heading west over the bridge that crosses over the river and NW Boulevard. Just after the bridge is an exit (left turning lane) that will take you onto NW Blvd. Turn left there; go to the stop sign. Turn right (north) onto NW Boulevard. Go to Ironwood Drive (a couple of miles); use the right turn off lane to go onto Ironwood Drive. You will then pass two driveways on the right before coming to Ironwood Parkway (between the 1120 building and the Vito’s Italiano Restaurant ; it looks more like a driveway also than a road). Turn right (south) onto Ironwood Parkway. DEQ is the 2110 building directly behind Vito’s Italiano Restaurant on the left hand side of this little road. DEQ occupies the lower level of this building.
