PM96-2: Policy for DEQ Rulemaking

 Purpose

To adopt a policy describing the manner in which DEQ will conduct rulemaking procedures under the Idaho Administrative Procedure Act, Idaho Code §§ 67-5201 et seq . This policy shall take the place of any existing rulemaking policies and procedures.

 

 Statement of Policy

 Implementation

This policy shall be effective immediately.
